Installing LLA on Debian From GIT/Archive
This describes how to get LLA working on a Debian system. It should be pretty similar for any other Linux based OS.
Checkout or Download an Archive
git clone xxxx
Install libraries
You need a couple of libraries installed for everything to work correctly. Some of these are available as Debian packages but others need to be downloaded.
First up we'll need microhttpd for the embedded web server:
With apt:
apt-get install libmicrohttpd-dev libmicrohttpd4
From source or debian packages:
libprotobuf2, libprotobuf-dev, protobuf-compiler ProtocolBuffers
From source:
CTemplate
Configure
If you checked out the sources from git, you'll need to run
autoreconf
After that run
./configure
Building & Testing
Build
make
Run the tests
make check
And install LLA
sudo make install
